One of our invited speakers is Adrijana Vinter, director of the drug research department in Selvita. Adrijana graduated and received her doctorate from the Department of Chemistry of the Faculty of Science, University of Zagreb, and subsequently obtained an MBA degree from the Cotrugli Business School. She started her career in 2002 as a scientist in the drug research department in Pliva and continued it from 2012 in the business development department, in the newly established company Fidelta, where she started leading that department after two years. In 2016, she took over the role of director and president of the board of Fidelta, which was bought by the company Selvita SA in 2021. Today, she works as a member of the Selvita board and global director of the drug research department with more than 500 scientists at four locations in Croatia and Poland.
