Meet one of our plenary speakers: prof. Ph.D. Marina Tišma! Prof. Ph.D. Marina Tišma is a professor of biotechnology at the Faculty of Food Technology, University of Osijek. She deals with the development of sustainable processes for processing lignocellulosic waste originating from the food industry, agriculture and forestry into high-value products and biofuels.
